Is there a guarantee?
We are proud of our creations and want you to enjoy them for years to come. Our huts come with a limited 10-year warranty on the elements manufactured and assembled by Scotsdale Huts.
Do Huts and Garden Rooms require planning permission?
A lot of hut builds do not require full planning. Though you will need to check as it does vary depending location and circumstances.

Will my Huts be fully insulated?
Yes, all of the walls, roofing and flooring are insulated. We want you to enjoy your hut all year round.
Is there double glassing?
Yes, we use double glassing on all of the windows and doors to help keep things nice and snug.
Can my Hut be connected to an electricity supply?
Yes, though it is not standard, we can facilitate both mains 240v hookups and off-grid* energy self-sufficient builds. *off-grid capabilities need to be assessed based on location and required energy supply.
Are wood burners safe to have in my Huts?
Yes, if you have a wood burner we use protective methods to ensure there is no scorching or peeling and to make sure that the stove heats your hut in a safe manner.
How long do they take to arrive?
All our huts are made to order and depending on your requirements we aim to have yours to you within 6 - 8 weeks of starting the build.
How will my Hut be delivered?
Your hut will be delivered in flat packed kit form on the agreed date. Once there our team will construct the hut ready for you to enjoy.
